Shipping Policy


We will ship most in-stock items within 72 business hours from the time the order was placed (weekends & holidays excluded). We do not process orders on weekends or holidays nor do we ship UPS Saturday delivery. Delivery of out-of-stock, pre order or backordered items may take additional processing time. Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date your order was received. Custom apparel, and personalized orders allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the date the design is finalized and cleared payment is received.

The standard shipping method is UPS Ground for bulk orders and USPS Priority for individual orders. When shipping Standard Ground Service to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges may be manually added during processing. In some instances extra shipping time may be needed. It is possible for items to arrive separately and using different shipping methods. Some items we provide are heavier in weight and will require extra shipping charges.

Express shipping is available at an additional charge for the continental U.S. No delivery hour is guaranteed or implied. Express orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. For Overnight Delivery please add $35 to the original shipping cost for 2-Day Delivery please add $30 to the original shipping cost and for 3-Day Delivery please add $25 to the original shipping cost. Heavy items require additional shipping charges for express delivery and will be added manually to your order during processing.

Complete order information and clear payment is essential to begin processing your order. will attempt to meet all stated delivery schedules but assumes no liability for delays due to conditions over which we have no control including but not limited to misdirected mail, computer malfunctions, fax machine malfunctions, delays of suppliers or carriers, acts of war, nature or any other causes.

Delivery times do not include holidays or weekends. Please do not call for order status until the designated delivery time has elapsed plus an additional two days.

If merchandise was damaged in shipment you must report the damage at once to your local carrier (UPS or Post Office). You MUST hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim will be honored. Delivery Insurance is built in to shipping costs and is not waiverable. Delivery Insurance will pay for merchandise damaged by the carrier and for lost packages. We are not responsible for stolen, misdirected, lost or damaged merchandise arising from actions of the carrier.
